Event Booking Policy Please click here for our current list of events
The organisation sees fit to operate a policy regarding allocating members places on trips in order to ensure fairness. Unfortunately due to limited funds and availability it is necessary for the CPCC to impose a policy of limiting numbers when allocating places to such events.

1. No-shows on the day of an event will be charged at 100% of the entry price and will be excluded from the next event.

2. All bookings must include a returnable cheque deposit of the entry price per person to a maximum of 4 persons. This deposit will be returned after the event.

3. No telephone bookings will be made, and no bookings taken without a deposit.

4. We will allocate places for members and their immediate family only. The disabled member of the family must be included in the booking.

5. Should all available places be allocated a reserve system will be used.

6. Cancellations must be made two clear days in advance of activity.

7. Every effort to admit late comers will be made, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

8. In the unlikely event of any major alteration or cancellation of the event, the guest will be offered an alternative booking or a full refund will be given.

9. A booking request does not guarantee a place, and the CPCC reserves the right to restrict bookings in certain circumstances to ensure fair distribution of places amongst our members.

CPCC cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss of personal property at events.
